How do I upload my logo?
You can upload your logo directly on the product page before adding your item to your bag. Simple and straightforward!

Is my logo suitable for embroidery?
We can embroider most logos — however portraits, faces and extremely detailed designs may not translate well. Embroidery is block colour, so shadow or gradient effects can't be replicated. If your logo is highly detailed it may incur an additional fee, or in some cases we may be unable to embroider it. If you're unsure whether your logo is suitable, feel free to email us before ordering and we'll let you know. If anything comes up after you've placed your order, we'll reach out to you directly.

Can I change the colours of my logo?
Absolutely! Just let us know your preferred thread colours in the notes at checkout. If you'd like different colours across multiple items, please make that clear when ordering. Also worth noting — dark thread on a dark garment won't show up, so if in doubt just message us and we'll advise.

What thread colours do you have?
We stock a wide range of thread colours to colour match your logo as closely as possible.

What is the logo setup fee?
When you order with us for the first time, a one-off £10 logo setup fee applies. This covers the cost of digitising your logo so it's ready for embroidery. Once your logo has been set up, you won't need to pay this fee again on future orders using the same logo — just select "Yes" when asked if we've embroidered your logo before at checkout. If you'd like to use a new or different logo on a future order, the £10 setup fee will apply again for that new design.

Delivery
All standard orders have a turnaround time of 2–3 weeks as every item is made to order and embroidered specifically for you. Once dispatched, please allow 3–5 working days for delivery. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Need it sooner? We offer an expedited service with a 1 week turnaround including next day delivery. You can select this option at checkout.

Returns
As every item is personalised with your logo, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on completed orders. Please make sure all details are correct before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@loveleisupplies.co.uk with a clear photo of the issue and we'll get it sorted for you.
