Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your Lovelei Supplies purchase as much as we do, but we understand it’s not always right!

To start a return, you can contact us at info@loveleisupplies.co.uk. 

We don't offer free returns at the moment so goods will need to be returned at your own cost. Returned items must be received back to us within 21 days of delivery, and in resalable condition.

All returns must be in unused, perfect condition and in original manufacturer packaging, items must not have been partly or fully assembled.

Please retain proof of despatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.

Please remember to repackage your return well before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging, broken or damaged will not be able to be refunded in full.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Although we do our very best to ensure all items are quality checked before they are dispatched, sometimes a product may be found to have a fault, or damaged in transit.

In the event you receive a damaged or faulty good please contact us via email info@loveleilashes.co.uk immediately.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
